My background is based on two areas of expertise: legal and technical. Before becoming a lawyer, I worked in IT consulting. This allows me to approach matters not only from a legal perspective, but also with a clear understanding of operational, technical and business realities.
I work on matters where decisions require legal precision, understanding of systems and a practical mindset: negotiation of IT and SaaS contracts, data governance, GDPR compliance, AI projects, digital risk management, cybersecurity, support for complex transformation projects and sensitive situations.
