My background combines more than 13 years as a lawyer and 8 years at Auchan Retail International as legal manager for IT and Data matters. It also includes 8 years as an independent IT consultant in e-commerce and cybersecurity.

These three parts of my background allow me to approach matters not only from a legal perspective, but also with a practical understanding of operational, technical and business realities. They also support a real understanding of complex IT solutions, international environments and cybersecurity issues.

I work on matters where decisions require legal precision, understanding of systems and a practical mindset: negotiation of IT and SaaS contracts, data governance, GDPR compliance, AI projects, digital risk management, cybersecurity, support for complex transformation projects and sensitive situations.

I can also step in on an interim basis within a legal department to ensure continuity, manage a team, take over a contract portfolio or support a structuring or transformation phase.

This mixed background offers a clear advantage: quickly identifying the real issues, working efficiently with business, technical and legal teams, and building practical solutions.

My approach is clear, structured and directly useful. The goal is not to create more complexity, but to secure decisions, support projects and protect the client’s interests with precision.
